Practical Applications for Mediation, Arbitration, and Med/Arb
Presented by the CBA Alberta Alternative Dispute Resolution & Civil Litigation (South) Sections
This session will focus on mediation, arbitration and med/arb options. The hope is to promote the strengths of the two independent procedures and highlight the benefits of med/arb options. Further, tips and tricks will be provided to assist lawyers in preparing for successful mediations.
