The Thin Black Line: Judicial Intervention in Arbitration

Michael Sestito will explore the intersection between the courts and private Arbitration in Alberta. Grounded in the Arbitration Act, this presentation will walk through the intervention before the arbitration (appointing arbitrators) and after the arbitration (setting aside or appealing arbitration awards).
