The Pandora's Box of Abandoned Goods: Rule 9.28

Join us for a roundtable to discuss the interpretation of Rule 9.28. Foreclosure practitioners will discuss approaches on how to manage personal property left behind in both judicial sale and bank-owned sale scenarios. Topics of discussion will include ideas on how to navigate rising property management costs, evictions, and creative solutions with a view to establishing some consistency amongst the practicing bar.
