AAIP in Focus: Recent Updates and Practical Implications for Immigration Counsel

Presented by the CBA Alberta Immigration Law (South) Section

Please note: This is an in-person only Section meeting.

Join us for an in-person meeting featuring an update on recent developments to the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) and their practical implications for immigration lawyers. Featuring Susie Adeniyi and Michael A.E. Greene K.C, this session will offer both government and practitioner perspectives on key program changes, evolving priorities, and emerging issues affecting AAIP applications and client strategies. This is a valuable opportunity to network with your fellow immigration lawyers and stay current on AAIP updates and engage in informed discussion on their impact in practice.

Questions posed to the AAIP must be submitted in advance on or before March 18th to catherine@confluencelaw.ca.
