Conflicts of Interest and Splitting Coverage from Defence

Michael Doerksen from Field Law will provide a guide to ensuring conflicts do not arise in situations where the lines between defence and coverage may be blurred. He will review some newer case law on the topic and discuss the distinction that must be kept in mind for both defence and coverage counsel.
