Aviation Claims: Personal Injury and Insurance

Alan Rudakoff K.C., and Ashley Reid of Scott Venturo Rudakoff LLP will present on their experiences acting as litigation counsel handling all manner of aviation claims. Their cases have involved working with aviation clients across Canada and around the world. They will provide practical insights from their cases, including large-scale fatality and personal injury actions, as well as property and hull loss matters.
