Foreclosure In Alberta: A Guide for Law Students

Presented by the CBA Alberta Law Students (South) Section

We will go over the steps in Alberta’s foreclosure process, from initial default to court-ordered sale. The session will outline key stages and provide an opportunity to engage with presenters, ask questions, and gain insight into how foreclosure law is applied in practice.

Access to this event is free for all CBA student members. If you are an undergraduate law student at UCalgary or UAlberta, or participating in the Foreign Trained Lawyers or Internationally Trained Lawyers programs at either university, you are eligible for free student membership. Contact us at members@cba-alberta.org for more information.
