"In-Canada Humanitarian and Compassionate Application"
Join us for an afternoon focused on applications for permanent residence on humanitarian and compassionate grounds, the applications of last resort.
During this in-depth presentation, we will be examining the key elements of humanitarian and compassionate applications and discussing detailed practice tips. This will be a good introduction for those who are new to this area of practice, and an opportunity to gain insight into current developments for those with more experience. Time for discussion and questions will be built into the afternoon, so we can share our knowledge and learn from each other's experience.
