Topic: Trends and Issues for the Law Department - Getting Ahead of the Curve

The reward for hard work in a law department is more hard work. This session will address how to quantify in-house practice by type, complexity and volume of work. Five steps will be suggested to improve practice quality: demand forecasting, intake criteria, time management, service standards, and how to stay ahead of the curve. The format is 50% presentation and 50% open-ended Q&A on any topic related to legal services management.
