So you want to try Mediation-Arbitration but you don't know how it would work, or even how to explain it to your client.  Or, perhaps you have had an experience that was less than ideal and you would like to learn how to make Mediation-Arbitration more effective and efficient for your clients.  This is an opportunity to learn about the range of options and how to be best prepared for Mediation-Arbitration.  

More on the speaker: Stephen McPhee, QC
Stephen is a highly experienced Family Law practitioner and handles complex financial separations as well as high conflict custody disputes.  He has been appointed as a Children’s Lawyer by the Supreme Court of BC to advocate on behalf of children in family disputes. He is a LSBC accredited Family Mediator and Arbitrator as well as a BC Mediation Roster Family Mediator.
