Making Babies - The New Fashioned Way
This meeting is being hosted by the Family Law - Vancouver and  SOGIC Sections.

The speakers will briefly review the parentage sections of the Family Law Act and provide an overview of some tips, considerations, and challenges when practicing fertility law.

They will also cover recent changes to the law and the upcoming changes to the Assisted Human Reproduction Act, as well as considerations in estate planning for families utilizing Assisted Reproductive Technologies.
