ONLINE MEETING:  Charitable Gifting and Trusts: Issues of Interest

Synopsis

This presentation will address some of the issues that can arise when charitable giving involves trusts and will cover a variety of topics, including the creation and administration of restricted charitable purpose trusts, the availability of the cy-près doctrine and gift planning and charitable receipting issues that may arise when a donation comes from trust property.
