About the Speaker
Kimberley's expertise spans all matters affecting families in British Columbia, including property division, spousal support, child support, parenting, custody, guardianship, relocation and mobility, and parenting time. She helps clients resolve complex and high-net-worth property division matters and disputes involving corporations, trusts and real estate. She also prepares cohabitation, pre-nuptial, marriage and separation agreements. In all circumstances, Kimberley takes a practical, solution-orientated approach.
