ONLINE MEETING: Excluded Property under the Family Law Act - Updates to Case Law and Trends

Speakers Beatrice McCutcheon, Associate Counsel, Cook Roberts, and Christine Murray, Partner, Cassels Murray, will provide a summary of the case law regarding the following topics in British Columbia:

  • Excluded property and the impact of excluded property being put into joint names - case law updates;
  • Updates regarding the presumption of advancement and how it is being treated.
