Synopsis
How much money do you make from your law practice? Jeremy Hessing-Lewis' presentation will address the economic reality of small and solo practices in Canada. From the trade-offs of leveraged services models (staffing-up) to increased profit margins and higher matter volumes made possible from new and emerging legal technology, we will address many sensitive topics within the business of law. [Spoiler: stop "innovating" with your line item pricing and make your services cheaper]. We will close with a set of practical tips for building better small firms post-COVID.
