SYNOPSIS

This webinar is part 3 of the CBABC Business of Law Series.

The way we deliver legal services is evolving. Over the last ten years, we have moved beyond the brick-and-mortar firm to launch virtual or hybrid practices, deconstructed the traditional fee model to offer unbundled services, and explored lower-cost resources to maximize efficiency. And these are only a small sample of the innovative business models used today.

Our panel brings together innovators in legal service delivery to share how you can adapt your business model to transform the way you engage with your clients and achieve your business development goals. Learn about the habits of successful solo and small law firms to maximize efficiency and leverage new technology to improve service delivery.
