About Lindalee Brougham
Lindalee has over 32 years of public practice experience, and provides assurance, tax, audit, and business advisory services to a wide variety of clients across Victoria. She brings strong technical expertise in assurance methodology, and hands-on experience with complex organizations. In addition to helping clients meet their assurance and financial reporting needs, she works with clients to navigate the day-to-day and long-term challenges facing their businesses. And she loves motorcycles.



About Adam Denny
Adam specializes in private and public company assurance and advisory services in a wide range of industries.  He possesses extensive experience work-ing with clients in the retail, manufacturing, distribution and transportation sectors as well as significant prac-tice in the real-estate and not-for-profit sector which include working with foundations, labour, environmen-tal and sustainability organizations.

After graduating from the University of Southampton in the United Kingdom in 2002 and obtaining his Char-tered Accountant designation in 2005, Adam worked for an international accounting firm as a Senior Man-ager before permanently moving to Canada in 2006.  Adam obtained his Chartered Accountant designation from the province of British Columbia in 2012.

Adam has been involved in the preparation and pre-sentation of course material for the Institute of Char-tered Accountants of British Columbia with respect to accounting standards for not-for-profit organizations as well as public sector accounting standards.



About Misti Holmes
Misti Holmes, is General Manager Canada at PCLaw | Time Matters. She brings over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, including 17 years serving clients in the legal vertical. Prior to joining P|T, Misti held various sales leadership roles with a primary focus working with small and midsize law firms.
