Whose Job is it anyway? When it comes to this question, what role do lawyers, notaries and paralegals have to play? The provincial government’s Intentions Paper on the regulation of lawyers and other legal service providers suggests that regulation changes are part of the solution. Join our panel of thought leaders to hear their views on how access to justice and regulation of professions are connected.
This webinar is hosted by the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC (CLEBC), located on the traditional and unceded territory of the Coast Salish peoples, including the Squamish, Tsleil-Waututh and Musqueam First Nations. We encourage our members to explore the rich history and knowledge of Indigenous people, and to continue learning about their experience in Canada, past and present.
