Synopsis
Aboriginal law is a dynamic, and ever eveolving area of law. Join us as we review key cases from the past year. Robert Janes, KC will lead us through the highs, lows, and everything in between as we review notable decisions.
Robert Janes, KC has been a litigator for over twenty years and has extensive experience in assisting First Nations with difficult problems needing sound strategic and legal advice. Robert’s approach is to find practical solutions where possible, while preparing to vigorously advance his client’s interests in court where necessary.
Territorial Acknowledgement
This event will be broadcast from the traditional and unceded territory of the Coast Salish peoples, including Tsleil-Waututh, Squamish and Musqueam First Nations.
