Synopsis

Brian Lindsay discusses M&A issues with a focus on those with which general practice and solo practitioners might have less fluency.

About the Speaker

Brian has practiced M&A and corporate finance law for the past 15 years. He also provides ongoing advice to public and private companies regarding corporate and securities law matters. He was recently named one of The Best Lawyers in Canada for his work in mining law.
