Synopsis
Sarah Blanco provides an update on the best practices and legal considerations with respect to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Topics covered will include how to reduce the risk of discrimination in the workplace, hire and recruit underrepresented groups, establish an EDI committee and policies, and support trans and non-binary employees.
