Synopsis
When it comes to the law in Canada, Quebec often plays by a different set of rules than the other provinces. Dan Goldstein provides an overview of the principles governing employment termination in Quebec including what you need to do, the faux pas, and the potential onerous consequences of proceeding carelessly. Dan demystifies the various employer obligations, types of termination, and remedies available to employees in Quebec.
