Synopsis

Brandon Hillis and Jaime Hoopes of Roper Greyell LLP, counsel for Gibraltar, Katherine Hardie, counsel for the BC Human Rights Tribunal, and Heather Hoiness, counsel for the BC Human Rights Commission will gather for a panel discussion on family status discrimination in light of the latest decision from the BC Court of Appeal, Gibraltar Mines v. Harvey (2022 BCSC 385).
