SYNOPSIS
The Chair of the LSBC Mental Health Task Force and a Member of the Federation Steering Committee that commissioned the National Mental Health report, will review the findings in the report, and will discuss what legal professionals, legal employers, and law departments can do to address these issues, giving you insights on the comprehensive and up-to-the minute understanding of how legal professionals in Canada are doing, and what can be done to improve the profession for everyone.

About Brook Greenberg, K.C.
Brook Greenberg, KC is a leading British Columbia litigator who deals with complex commercial litigation, including banking and forestry litigation. He has also been counsel in numerous proceedings relating to substantial construction disputes. Brook has significant experience both regionally and nationally and has appeared before all levels of court including the Supreme Court of Canada.
Brook has been an elected Bencher of the Law Society of British Columbia since 2016. He is currently Chair of the Law Society Mental Health Task Force, Chair of the Discipline Committee, Vice Chair of the Lawyer Development Task Force and a member of the Complainants' Review Committee. He is also currently a member of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada National Well-Being Study Steering Committee. Brook has previously served as Chair of the Law Society Discipline Committee, Vice Chair of the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee as well as a member of the Ethics Committee, the Access to Legal Services Advisory Committee, and the Unauthorized Practice Committee.
