IN-PERSON MEETING: The New Reporting Regime for Trusts

Synopsis

Richard Weiland provides an overview of the enhanced trust information reporting requirements taking effect for 2023, including key definitions and concepts in the new reporting rules, a discussion of various examples, and review of practical challenges and professional obligations. 

Clark Wilson will be providing light refreshments for in-person attendees.
