Synopsis
Sonali Sharma and Mariyah Ali, along with remarks from Sarah Abbott, discuss Estates law and offering unbundled legal services to those who don't have access to full representation. This presentation looks at what has worked in private practice and how it has been unfolding within the Access Pro Bono's Everyone Legal Clinic ("ELC"), which only offers Estate services on an unbundled basis.
