Synopsis
Notaries in British Columbia propose to expand their scope of practice to include the preparation of testamentary trusts and probate applications. Bring your views to the meeting for
Clare Jennings, Crown Counsel, as she provides an overview on existing submissions and facilitates the discussion.
Daniel Boisvert is a notary public in Delta with Notaries at Northgate. Commissioned in 2008 after completing the Notary Public Prepatory Program at UBC and a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management, Daniel combines his knowledge and past experience as a financial planner to assist his clients.
