Synopsis
Martha Harrison, Gina Murray, and Tara Busch discuss the new Canadian legislation, the Modern Slavery Act, which came into effect January, 1, 2024. Tara Busch brings experience and an in-house perspective regarding compliance with the legislation, and Martha Harrison and Gina Murray share their perspectives and analyze its potential impact on various industries, and the measures needed for effective implementation.
