Synopsis

One of many stressful things of becoming a lawyer is...learning how to be a lawyer. Of course, working with good mentors helps. Learning how to be a good lawyer starts with learning how to be an effective junior to those mentors, who are most often senior lawyers in your firm or organization.

James C. MacInnis, KCMark S. OultonEmily L. Hansen, and Allyse M. Cruise share what they believe it takes to be a helpful and effective junior lawyer.
