Synopsis
Meeting irregularities and inefficiencies are a common source of discontent in non-profit organizations and have the potential to create disputes within organizations when important decisions are made on the Board and Member level.
Whether you are advising clients on these issues or serving as a board member or chair of organizational meetings, this presentation led by Michael Blatchford, provides a primer on parliamentary procedure to enable you to address common procedural questions relating to meetings and to help mitigate risk of internal organizational disputes related to the conduct of meetings.
