Sandy Thomson and Georgialee Lang discuss their approach to trial preparation, outlining the specific steps and tools that they use to ensure thorough readiness for trial. Justice Ian Caldwell shares a view from the Bench on trial readiness, outlining the Court’s expectations for counsel to demonstrate full preparedness on the first day of trial.
