About Erin Swint
Erin’s practice focuses on assisting Canadian private companies, their principals, and advisors with Canadian income tax matters to help them achieve their goals and objectives. Her firm provides both independent tax planning and compliance services directly to taxpayers and indirectly as an external tax consultant to other Chartered Professional Accountants.

In her twenty-five plus years in the accounting profession, she’s experienced the joys of articling at a midsized Vancouver firm, growing as a tax specialist at what is now a national firm, building a specialty tax consultancy practice in a small firm, and navigating a multi-office regional firm before launching her boutique tax driven firm. These varied practices have provided an interesting insight into a wide range of industries, clients, and practice styles. Erin brings these experiences to bear when navigating client tax planning and compliance matters through client’s personal and business lifecycles.

A believer in education and giving back to the profession, Erin was a founding member of the Fraser Valley CPA Association and Fraser Valley Tax Technical Group. She’s also a member of the Abbotsford Estate Planning Council, volunteers with the Canadian Tax Foundation through active participation at the BC CTF Tax conference, regularly speaks on Canadian tax matters of interest to individuals and Canadian private companies, and takes pride in mentoring university students interested in careers in accounting and tax.”
