The Rules Committee is reviewing the cost regime for civil cases, and CBABC is preparing a submission. Your input matters.
To ensure the cost regime aligns with the objectives of costs awards and reflects the reality of legal expenses, the Committee is seeking feedback on proposed amendments to the civil tariff.
