Insolvencies and their proceedings can cause serious disruptions and delay to construction projects with effects ranging from challenging to catastrophic. The ability to navigate around and through insolvencies is crucial, especially in this economic climate.

Mia Laity and David McKenzie discuss a range of topics important to the construction industry, such as how insolvency intersects with builders' liens, holdbacks, insurance and surety bonds, equipment leases and seizures and more.
