Synopsis
Micah Goldberg, Layne Hellrung, Amy Nathanson, and Angela Folino, discuss the use and developments surrounding provisions of the Partition of Property Act including key provisions and how it can be used by a co-owner to compel the sale of jointly owned property. The panelists also discuss the Act's practical application and nuances as well as recent developments at the BC Supreme Court.
