In this session, Kelly-Anne Breen discusses how Parent Coaches and Child Specialists can assist co-parents in ensuring that their coparenting arrangements stay child focused including:
- Exploring how to talk to your children about the separation
- Developing respectful parenting time arrangements
- Learning strategies for conflict de-escalation and boundary setting
- Building tools for consistent, child-focused communication
- Supporting children’s adjustment across two homes
About the Speaker
Kelly-Anne Breen is a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Divorce and Co-Parenting Counsellor/Coach, Parenting Coordinator, and Clinical Supervisor based in North Vancouver, British Columbia. She works extensively with individuals, couples, and families navigating separation, high-conflict parenting, and complex family transitions. Kelly-Anne provides court-adjunct and collaborative services, including parenting coordination, child-focused interventions, and Section 211–informed work, and is trained in trauma-informed, family systems, and attachment-based approaches. She also teaches and supervises at the graduate level and regularly delivers professional trainings and presentations to legal, clinical, and community audiences across British Columbia.
