The importance of calculating certain ratios which assist the firm in determining their operating costs. The use of effective management tools, such as the productivity dashboard to monitor productivity of employees and associate lawyers and ways in which you can increase productivity. This seminar discusses the importance of outsourcing and using your time wisely. Discussion of various fee arrangements that would work best in your practice area.
