SYNOPSIS
A well-designed intake and initial consultation/assessment process is critical for a successful unbundling practice.  In this session, Kari Boyle (Susan) and Laurel Dietz roleplay a simulation of an initial client consultation.  The roleplay pauses at key points to allow questions and participant feedback and suggestions and is followed by an interactive discussion.
