Course Details: The first in a two-part series on unbundling, this session is about showing you what is possible with a limited retainer model of practice. JP Boyd, Kari Boyle and Sarah Westwood walk lawyers through how you can approach unbundling without fear. We'll talk about ethical obligations, practical approaches and long term strategies and along the way provide feedback for a toolkit that is coming in Part Two.
