TOPIC: Intellectual Property Law 101: Fundamentals of an IP Practice

Join us for a discussion on the essentials of practicing Intellectual Property (IP) law. Whether you’re a new lawyer or are looking to expand your practice, this session will touch on the basics of not just the substantive law, but what you need to know to build an IP practice. Learn about the basic types of IP, what a Trademark Agent is (and whether you need to be one), and get some tips on how to build a practice in this area.
