TOPIC: Update from The Manitoba Financial Services Agency – Securities

SPEAKERS: Chris Besko, Executive Director, Manitoba Financial Services Agency – Securities

Topics are expected to include the change from a Special Operating Agency to a corporate structure, i.e. from The Manitoba Securities Commission to the Manitoba Financial Services Agency – Securities; assignment of registration to CIRO for investment and mutual fund dealer firms and individuals; and review of recent compliance sweeps, decisions and blanket orders.
