Please join the MBA Young Lawyers' Section for the annual Small Claims Primer. This session is recommended for all law students, articling students and associates who will be handling small claims. This session will review all of the steps of the small claims procedure from drafting, filing and preparing for the hearing through to presenting the claim before a Small Claims Hearing Officer.
