The Civil Litigation and the Labour & Employment Law Sections are pleased to present this joint CPD program featuring Amanda Verhaeghe and Melanie Wire. In this one-hour online session, the presenters will provide a practical overview of summary judgment principles and recent developments, followed by an employment law perspective focused on wrongful termination litigation and the practical use of summary judgment in that context.
