The COVID-19 pandemic forced many employers to rapidly adopt remote work arrangements for some, or even all, employees. As COVID-19 continued, many workplaces morphed into hybrid arrangements. By necessity, these models were often haphazard. As we now enter the “living with COVID” pandemic phase, the time is right for employers to consider, with intent, a “hybrid” workplace and the impacts for both employers and employees.  It’s a decision best undertaken with a solid appreciation of the accompanying legal considerations and impacts on organizational culture and wellness.
