In the background of Canada’s commitment towards achieving net-zero GHG emissions by 2050, renewable energy generation and its importance as an integral part of the energy mix is gaining more strength. Of particular interest are large-scale wind, solar, tidal and offshore wind developments which are being considered across Canada. The session will examine projects and the corresponding regulatory frameworks in the Renewable Energy industry in various jurisdictions.

Participants will also learn about some of the great projects being planned by the Section for the year ahead.

We are grateful to the esteemed line-up of speakers we have for this session. Each of the panelists are active participants and leaders in the Renewable Energy Industry who will be sharing their knowledge and experience in this space.
