The first webinar will feature leading experts and practitioners from across Canada who will provide updates on the important charities law issues that emerged in the last year. It will also contain a sector update from Imagine Canada and an update from the Canada Revenue Agency’s Charities Directorate.

The second webinar will delve into the topic of charitable research by examining the different types of research charities carry on, how they fund and structure research, as well as the complex issues that charities grapple with in regards to research including related business and intellectual property issues.
