Did you know that booking your stay at the conference hotel allows the CBA to keep overall conference costs down, and pass these savings on to our delegates? The CBA guarantees a minimum number of bedroom bookings to the hotel and rooms booked outside our block put us at risk of paying a penalty. Your choice of hotel for this conference affects the association. We appreciate your help by booking in the official conference room block.

Group Rates For Firms / Organizations
5 – 9 registrants = 10% discount
10 – 19 registrants = 15% discount
20+ = 20% discount
Group rates are calculated based on the regular price, not on the discounted prices (super early bird and early bird.)

Cancellation Policy
There will be a 20% administrative charge for any cancellation received in writing prior to October 29, 2024. No refund will be given after October 29, 2024. There will be no refunds for “no-show” registrants.
Please note, registration for this event will close 48 hours prior of the conference date.
