This brown bag provides an overview of Competition Tribunal litigation proceedings from the filing of an application, through each step of the process up to and including a hearing. Topics will include approaches to pleadings, discovery, preparation of expert evidence, and legal advocacy. The program is designed to provide members of the bar with less Tribunal experience (or who are rusty!) with a better understanding of what goes into an application.
