This Brown Bag will provide practical insight into how, in each province, a person can use the recent amendments to the Family Orders and Agreements Enforcement Assistance to apply through the court for production of information in certain federal data banks, such as income tax returns, to improve access to disclosure information across Canada. The presentation will include a discussion on the process and utilization of the forms.
