CBA Small, Solo and General Practice Brown Bag

Members will gain practical guidance on building and maintaining an effective practice team. This session walks attendees through the lifecycle of working with staff - hiring the right people, fostering productive day-to-day relationships, effectively delegating work, keeping your assistants happy, and handling difficult decisions around termination when necessary.
